Terms and conditions for trade

Payment/Pricing

Prices and Payments are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment is processed via Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards). Payments process thru the business name, Mind Body Matrix. We offer SSL 256-bit encryption and do not capture any of your data. All financial details are seen only by the financial processor Stripe.

Shipping & Delivery

Individual stores on the Energy Wellness platform ship orders direct from their location within Australia. If you purchase items from multiple vendors, multiple shipments will take place (with a shipping fulfillment of their choosing). All shipping is at the customers risk, Energy Wellness/Mind Body Matrix and individual Vendors will not be held liable for lost or damaged packages/items. Multiple shipping options are available, please choose the correct one for your purchase. If you require insurance for items please contact the individual store prior to shipping. Shipping times within Australia are approximately 5 business days from dispatch depending on location. International shipping times are dependent on the shipping method chosen and range from 10-40 days (generally around 14 days).

Customs, Duties and Taxes for International Orders

The recipient of an order that ships to a country other than Australia is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Such orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment will be responsible for all charges levied upon receipt of their shipment. Energy Wellness has no control over and also cannot predict these charges. Governmental policies vary widely. You should contact your local customs office for information.

Privacy & Security

We value your privacy and never share data or information with third parties. Financial data is handled by Stripe and your financial institution and never given to us.

Returns/Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are not given for services rendered. Returns/replacements/refunds of goods are at the discression of the individual store you have purchased the item from and generally are only valid for manufacturing defect or misleading information. All enquiries of this nature are to be directed to the individual store via their contact email or via the support button in their Hub. The energywellness.au marketplace is not responsible for the goods and services available on the platform, sales are a contract between you (the buyer) and the individual store/hub offering the product (the seller). Please read and accept their store policies prior to purchase. Contact the individual store within 5 days of shipment received for return/replacement enquiries.

ACL

As a consumer, you have certain guarantees that apply to trade as described in the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you require information about these rights please click the links to be directed to the ACCC website. Consumer Guarantee. False or misleading advertising.

From time to time we may provide various offers and/or discounts. Please read the terms for each offer. To claim an offer you must indicate/include coupon code of the appropriate offer at time of completing checkout/payment/transaction.
