Chakra Balance

Chakras are swirling cone shaped vortexes of life-force energy occurring in what is your energetic body.

Your body, mind and emotions rely on this energy to function properly and maintain good health… so when one or more of your chakras are closed or out of balance it leads to illness in your body and imbalance in your life.

There are a multitude of chakras in our bodies and 5 chakras above our bodies and 1 below.

We will be focusing on the 7 major chakras in the human body.

1. Root Chakra – Base of spine
2. Sacral Chakra – Lower abdomen
3. Solar-Plexus Chakra – Navel
4. Heart Chakra – Centre of chest
5. Throat Chakra – Throat
6. Third Eye Chakra – Centre of forehead
7. Crown Chakra – Top of head
