Terms as a Vendor on the Energy Wellness Marketplace
This list is not exclusive and could change as needed. However the entire premise of this site is to provide you, a creative small/micro business, the opportunity to promote and display products you have created (at least 80% personal input) to a wider audience to assist with improving the wellbeing of individuals via health, wellness and socially beneficial goods and services.
Terms:
- Only Australian goods and services will be approved for sale on Energy Wellness.
- Energy Wellness Admin will vet all applications to list on Energy Wellness and approve all product listings submitted to make sure they are not in conflict with the intent of the platform and that content does not disadvantage existing Energy Wellness vendors. If needed, Admin may adjust product listings (slightly) to be in align with other listings on the site. Should there be larger issues with listings, the Admin will contact vendors to address prior to approval.
- Vendors are not permitted to display external business or personal websites or any other 3rd party link within their shop page or product listing. There are dedicated Social account fields within the store profile that can be added to your store listing, but please only add 1 or none social account. A support email is to be listed on your store page.
- Products will be promoted/featured on the Energy Wellness marketplace and on our associated social accounts as selected by the Admin.
- Vendor fees;
Commission: Energy Wellness has a commission (see memberships) on sales which includes the payment processing fee from our payment provider. This commission will be deducted from monies processed on this site by our payment processor Stripe. The remaining % of the sale price (inc. shipping/tax costs) will be forwarded to your (the vendor) Stripe account.
Membership: Annual $9 memberships are payable upon application (re-curing until cancelled). - Vendor payment: Payment to the vendor for product sales (item cost – commission + shipping + taxes) are available in your Stripe account (link this in your shop setup… settings>payment).
Note: Payments immediately deposit into your vendor stripe account without delay or thresholds. You can nominate within your stripe account the frequency of deposits from your stripe account to your bank account. It is recommended that you transfer to your bank account no sooner than monthly to cater for any returns or disputes your customers may claim for products you have sent. - Shipping: All shipping is handled by the vendor (you). The shipping module allows for rates per zone or weight. Zones include Australia, Free, and International. Each store can modify their shipping charges on a per product basis to suit each item. Shipping should be fulfilled within a timely manner (generally within 3 business days). Orders need to be marked as completed by selecting the appropriate button within your store dashboard once dispatch has completed. If shipping has a tracking number, enter this in the allocated Tracking section and then select the order complete button.
- Returns/Refunds: All returns are handled by the vendor (you). Where the vendor (you) and a buyer agrees to a refund, the vendor must make sure their stripe account has monies available for the refund amount (excluding shipping fee unless this has been agreed as part of the refund). The vendor then needs to notify Energy Wellness Admin that both parties have agreed to a refund stating the amount. Admin will then proceed to deduct the refund amount from the vendors account and issue a full refund (including Energy Wellness commission) back to the customer. Should there not be funds available in the vendors stripe account to cover the refund amount, a funds transfer to the Energy Wellness account will need to be done by the vendor via another deposit method such as electronic funds transfer to cover the refund cost. Stripe (payment processor) will not refund payment processing fees for refunds. This means the vendor (you) will be responsible for the shortfall for any refunds issues. For payments made with an Australian card there is a 1.7% fee + $0.30. For international cards the fee is 3.5% + $0.30. This fee difference needs to be covered/subsidised by you the vendor. It is highly advisable to minimise the likelyhood of returns/refunds by making your listing very clear and only offering high quality products.
- Taxes/GST: The vendor (you) are operating as an individual business on the platform. Your business is responsible for making sure your listing(s) DO NOT include GST if you are not GST registered, or, DO include GST if your are resgisterd to collect GST and complete a BAS. Please make sure you are selecting the correct tax fields when creating your product listings. Tax collection/payment is Your responsibility.
- Disputes: Product disputes between vendors and customers should be handled with respect and honesty. Should a dispute not be reached between these 2 parties, Energy Wellness Administrators will arbitrate a solution which may financially disadvantage the vendor or the customer depending on the outcome. Correspondence will be gathered from both parties to determine a solution. Outcome findings are final.
- Product listings: Listings must be majority made/serviced by your business. Each store is allowed 20 product listings per store (contact us if you require additional listings). They must include a wellness, spiritual, environmental or social benefit to the community. Each listing can include up to 5 images. Policies and shipping must be updated/included in each listing. Listings must have a minimum $5 price (due to platform costs).
- Store Policies: Policies for your store are essential. Please edit the default store policies to suit your store as required. Please also add a phone number to your customer support settings page.

A basic copy of your ad report will be provided with your invoice to verify the click cost of your products ads. Payment is due within 7 days from invoice date.
