The Hara (emotional/astral) (Anchor point for silver cord): Located 2 inches below the navel, it houses one’s life purpose and the desire to achieve it. For this reason, it is an extremely important centre. It is a frequent site for negative hooks, which are karmic attachments to people who are obstructing your life path. Often called the place of original Qi – life force you were born with. Any disruption of this energy has negative consequences in your life. The Hara is the central axis or balance point of the body, and its colour is orange-brown, shading to gold-brown or almost red.
Finger tips (5 each hand) (mental): Transmitters of sensory perception. These centres need to be activated to receive and give Qi energy. Very important for hands on healing.
Lower throat (mental): Expressing spiritual truth – the connection of the body, mind and spirit. Much lighter information and truth comes through this chakra for expression to yourself and to others of your spiritual journey and gifts. It is a centre for inspiration to come through from higher realms for verbalisation on Earth.
Propulsion (spiritual): Located on the heel of each foot, spiritual energy continues down from the knees to put creation and ideas into motion. This enables the process begun with the Creator to be manifested/finished on Earth.
Action (spiritual): Located at the back of the knees, this energy continues down from higher chakras for spiritual action. Enables you to move forward along your soul path to complete life lessons for this incarnation.
Manifestation (spiritual): Located on the spine below the neck. It continues the process of bringing creation from the Creator/Source down thru the levels of the Chakra system. This chakra relays creation (sound) into existence (manifestation chakra) by way of understanding (Reception/information chakra) and expression (communication chakra).
Communication (spiritual): Located at the lower throat on the back of the neck. This chakra is for spiritual speech, and it takes the data of sound and Reception/information chakras and expresses it. On the lower octave of the mental body, this chakra is the spoken union of body, mind and spirit. This chakra takes universal sound/creation and translates the information into human sound/creation or spiritual speech.
