Shipping is provided by Australia Post (auspost.com.au)
Each store on EW provide their own shipping. EMF Shield offers shipping options dedicated to your location. If you require tracking please select the correct option at checkout.
Refund Policy
EMF Shield will offer a refund on any order prior to shipping and cancel the order. Once the item has shipped or the service has been rendered no refunds will be possible.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
EMF Shield offers a replacement policy should the item be defective from the manufacturing process. Damage from shipping with not warrant any compensation from EMF Shield. Shipping damage or lost items must be dealt with via the local (and international) carriage service to make an insurance claim.
